Member
A car rental company with rental operations at all or most of the principal International Airports and who are distributed through all major travel distribution systems including travel technology companies, GDS, OTA, CBT, and brokers. The car rental company must have their registered or statutory office and their certral administration within the UK or EU with global presence.
Terms: Values, supports, complies and promotes the aims and objectives of the Association, all codes, standards and definitions. Full compliance with all elements of the Association and Code of Conduct required.
Benefits:
- Per Member voting rights
- Major decision making role
- Attendance at all meetings & AGM
- All materials, Codes, Image Cloud, standards and training materials etc
- Help support and develop standards for the benefit of the customer and the travel industry
- Link to company own website
- Subscription and unlimited access to online car code lists, search and reporting tool
- ACRISS Image Cloud
Examples: Avis Budget Group, Hertz Europe, Europcar, Enterprise Holdings
Membership fee: Annual membership fee (full details on request)
Associate
A Company which does not typically own or operate as a car rental company, but which has interest in the Car Rental industry including Car rental brokers, GDSs, Travel Technology companies, OTAs and the Vehicle with Driver Service Industry (VDSI) representatives. This can also include smaller local car rental companies who would otherwise not qualify for full membership.
Terms: Values, supports, complies and promotes the aims and objectives of the Association, Code of Conduct , all codes, standards and definitions. Complies with all car rental and VDSI agreed standards.
Benefits:
- Attendance and participation at selected meetings and working group sessions
- Industry specific meetings and conference calls
- Specific industry materials including codes, guidelines, training Materials etc...
- Input of professional advice
- Forum to review and discuss industry specific issues and topics
- Help support and develop standards for the benefit of the customer and the travel industry
- Link to company own website
- Subscription to car code lists for online search and reporting tool (on request)
- ACRISS Image Cloud as disributor or partner (costs subject to requirements)

Associate membership fee: Annual membership fee with additional fee for car code subscription (full details on request)
Honorary Associate
An Educational Institution, Not for Profit Association, Company/Corporation or individual with an interest in the objectives of ACRISS, the European Car Rental industry and Vehicle with Driver Service industry.
Terms: Values, supports and promotes the aims and objectives of ACRISS
Benefits:
- Attendance at selected meetings and on invitation only
- Training Materials
- Input of professional advice

Car Code Subscription
Unlimited access to our online car code search and reporting tool with access to a database of over 10,000 models ranging from most recent models to 2010 models and includes additional data on CO2 emissions data, electric vehicle battery range all devised by our car code experts.
Subscribers receive an email notification of latest updates and news/trends devised by our experts.
Car code subscription fee available on requests.
