Enterprise Mobility, Digital Product Portfolio Manager. 

Current ACRISS Chairperson

Brett Warrener serves as a Digital Product Portfolio manager for Enterprise Mobility. Enterprise Mobility operates Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental as well as its flagship Enterprise Rent-A-Car brand in 90+ countries with over 90K employees offering best in class customer service. 

Brett joined Alamo Rent A Car straight out of college in 1997 holding many positions such as call centre agent, SME Account Manager, Travel Agency Helpdesk, GDS Trainer, International Business Services Manager, Digital Product Manager, Digital Product Owner and finally his current position as a Digital Product Portfolio Manager looking after 100+ websites, various booking tools and partner connections. 

Brett started his journey with ACRISS in 2000 whilst working on the travel agency helpdesk looking for opportunities to create industry standards and consistencies to work on ACRISS projects that could benefit car hire industry as a whole and now sits as the voting member for Enterprise Mobility.

Catrena Brimelow

Group Director - Product & Tech Support  

ACRISS Board Member

Catrena is Group Director for Product & Technology Support at Europcar Mobility Group. Europcar Mobility Group has 75 years of mobility services expertise, is present in over 130 countries with over 8000 employees and in addition to the Europcar brand, operates Goldcar and Fox Rent a car in the US.

Catrena joined Europcar in 1993, and has enjoyed a long career including responsibility for digital customer journey, user experience, booking path optimisation, AB testing, international partnership management, loyalty programs, IT project and provider management. She currently leads an international team of digital experts providing tech support, helpdesk management, access management, product & application expertise, and support on APIs, data flows and GDS.

Having supported ACRISS standards in her previous roles, Catrena joined ACRISS as a Board member and voting member in 2019, enthusiastic to help improve standards around electric vehicles and focus on projects to enhance customer journey.

Elaine Cottrell

Head of Revenue Management Distribution Channels – International

ACRISS Board Member

Elaine is Head of Revenue Management Distribution channels for the international region for Avis Budget Group. ABG operates Avis, Budget, Payless, Maggiore, and ZIP Car brands, with over 24,000 employees in 180 countries.

Elaine joined ABG in 1996 and during her 28 years, she has always worked in the Commercial area. Holding several positions GDS co-ordinator, GDS Commercial Manager, Head of Commercial Support and Head of Revenue Management Commercial Projects. Her latest position is managing the API partner connections for the international region, along with managing the GDS relationships from both the commercial and technical prospective.

Having worked and supported ACRISS since 1999 her goal is to drive, improve and develop new standards for the car rental industry.

ABG is one of the founding members of ACRISS and as a board member, Elaine has acted as chairperson a few times over the years, in both her capacity as board member and chairperson she has been instrumental in developing and driving standards for ACRISS.

Joseph Goodwin

Senior Director - Senior Director, Reservations and Partner Integration Technology

ACRISS Board Member

Joe Goodwin leads the Product and Technology team for Reservations and Travel Partner Integrations for Hertz Global Systems, which operates the Hertz, Dollar, Thrifty, and Firefly brands. Hertz Global operates mobility solutions in over 90 countries worldwide, providing rental car, car sales, truck and van, and leasing offerings.

Joe started with Hertz in 1985 and has worked in both the operational and technical arms of the customer service and reservations organizations, starting as a call center agent and manager; then in call center operations management, before moving to the Technology arm in 1999. He continued in application business and quality assurance analytics, business solution architecture, and business application ownership and management. Joe current leads the product and support team for the core reservations systems, as well as partner technical integration solutions for company sites, Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Online Travel Agencies under the OpenTravel industry standards.

Joe began involving his analysis team with ACRISS in 2016 for several organizational efforts, most notably the ACRISS Cloud project. Joe joined the ACRISS board as a voting member in 2023.
