ACRISS Cloud Fees for Non-Members

ACRISS Cloud enables our car rental members and non-members to distribute/export their car images and records to their partners using one system using FTP push, XML technology and email.

Global car rental companies with locations worldwide in over 50 countries
  • Annual fee of GBP2,500 including set up fee, annual FTP hosting fee and ongoing support/development fees for ACRISS Cloud to connect to existing partners.
  • Includes EU & MEA car code reports which the ACRISS Cloud validates against for EMEA locations only.
Global and regional car rental companies with locations worldwide in 20-49 countries
  • Annual fee of GBP1,500 including set up fee, annual FTP hosting fee and ongoing support/development fees for ACRISS Cloud to connect to existing partners.Includes EU & MEA car code reports which the ACRISS Cloud validates against for EMEA locations only.
Global and regional car rental companies with locations worldwide in 5-19 countries
  • Annual fee of GBP1,200 including set up fee, annual FTP hosting fee and ongoing support/development fees for ACRISS Cloud to connect to existing partners.Includes EU & MEA car code reports which the ACRISS Cloud validates against for EMEA locations only.
Regional and local car rental companies with locations in over 5 countries

Annual fee of GBP850 including set up fee, annual FTP hosting fee and ongoing support/development fees for ACRISS Cloud to connect to existing partners.Includes EU & MEA car code reports which the ACRISS Cloud validates against for EMEA locations only.

The ACRISS Cloud has all GDS partners and some selected third parties/tech associates connected to it as an export partner, if you require an additional export partner to be added then additional set up fees will be applicable based on new partners delivery requirement (email, FTP and XML).

The above pricing covers initial set up, ongoing and future developments/enhancements within the annual fee, additional partner set ups will be charged separately.
