We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes on our site. Prices, and details, of products and services (and any offers) posted online are subject to change without notice. All products and services are subject to availability and we give no guarantee in this regard. The provision of details of products and services on our site are not, and should not be construed as, an offer to sell or buy such products or services by ACRISS. ACRISS may accept or reject your offer at its sole discretion.

While ACRISS has taken care in the preparation of the contents of our site, our site and the information, names, images, pictures, logos, icons regarding or relating to ACRISS and its members and associates, or the products and services of the same (or to third party products and services), are provided on an 'as is' basis.

Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Linking to our site

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
