Contactless rental enables the customer to skip the counter and access/drive their vehicle as long as the driver has met minimum requirements (identification, payment etc..).  This could include loyalty member, keyless entry, remote or electronic access to vehicle, key dispensers, secure compounds, and unmanned kiosk.
